• This app is strictly for users aged 17 and above. Use by minors (under 17) is not permitted under any condition.
• Uploading or sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative content — especially involving minors — is strictly prohibited.
• Any such content will be removed within 1 to 20 hours upon a single report. Repeat violations may result in permanent account bans and legal action.
• We do NOT allow terrorism, hate speech, violent threats, or child endangerment of any form.
• Users are fully responsible for the content they upload. Upload with caution. Lawbreakers will be held accountable.

1. App Features

• This app enables chat, feed, and profile features.
• Your media is securely stored via Firebase.
• We do NOT sell, trade, or misuse your personal data.

2. Third-Party Services

• We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for backend services and storage.
• We use AdMob to show ads and may share anonymous usage data for analytics only.

3. Permissions Used

• Camera: for taking photos/videos.
• Storage: to select media from gallery.
• Microphone: for recording audio/video (chat and upload features).
• Phone State: used by AdMob for ad targeting (required by Google).

4. Age Requirement

• You must be at least 17 years old to use this app.
• Use by minors is not permitted.

5. Behavior Policy

• Harassment, nudity, hate speech, or illegal content is not allowed.
• Uploading nude or sexually explicit videos is strictly prohibited. Accounts posting such content may be permanently deleted without notice.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or abusive manner is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, suicide, or self-harm is not allowed.
• Users must not impersonate others or submit content using fake identities.
• Scams, fraud, or phishing activity will result in permanent account suspension.
• Violators may be blocked or banned without warning.

6. Copyright & Liability

• Uploading copyrighted songs, music videos, films, or TV clips is strictly prohibited unless you own full rights.
• All uploaded content is the sole responsibility of the user who uploads it.
• The app, its developers, and its partners do not claim ownership or take liability for user-submitted content.
• If any claim or complaint arises, it will be directed to the uploader only.

7. Data Storage

• All user content is stored securely on Firebase.
• We do not access your contacts, passwords, or precise location.
• Analytics data is collected anonymously and used only to improve the app experience.

8. Consent

• By using this app, you confirm that:
• You are 17+ years of age.
• You agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Your data may be processed using Firebase and AdMob.
• You accept full responsibility for your uploads, and agree not to submit copyrighted or prohibited content.
• You understand that violations may result in account deletion or legal action.
